Coaching: A Leadership Skill to
Improve Staff Performance
A Master Class to improve your leadership skills
March 6 - 8 , 2006 @ Retford, Notts
Delegate Fee: £975.00 + VAT

Introduction

People are your greatest asset. And often they can be your greatest liability.

Let me ask you these four questions!

  • What’s the percentage of people, who are really performing in your business?

  • And what’s the percentage of people, who want to perform, but don’t have the skills?

  • And the percentage who just do their day’s work, and aren’t really interested?

  • And then the rebels, who cause disruption?

What if you could move a small percentage of groups 2, 3, and 4, into group 1 above? What effect would that have on your business? OK; well let us show you how, by behaviourally coaching the people you want to perform better.

A coach is a person who trains business leaders, executives and individuals to increase their knowledge, skills, abilities, awareness, integrity, relationships and mastery, in order to excel and win, in their chosen profession.

All delegates will get their own personal behavioural analysis report; 26 pages of accurate information about their behaviour, which will be accessed from the internet, prior to the master class, and worked from in the master class. This allows you to first understand your own behaviour, and then that of others who are not like you. This knowledge leads to greater understanding, appreciation and improved communication, to allow you to become an exceptional communicator.

In this Master Class you’ll learn:

  • How to inspire people to perform better.

  • How to behave differently and adapt to others, to gain credibility.

  • How you communicate and how it affects your ability to coach.

  • How to recognise how other behaviours, not like you, need to be coached.

  • How to develop a successful coaching programme.

  • How to communicate better, increase appreciation and develop better relationships.

  • How to give effective feedback.

  • How to set meaningful goals.

  • Become an excellent coach.
